GOOD TRADERS

This list began on January 13, 2002 because I have recently been screwed over on a couple of trades. I will from here forward compile a list of all of the excellent people who have helped me to build my live music collection. Unfortunately I can not recall all of the people who have helped me previous to today and I will occasionally forget to add people. If I forgot, I'm sorry. I will not forget to put people on the BAD TRADER list. Thank you to everyone who has made this a worthwhile hobby and for not screwing me.

Mehul Trivedi
One of my favorite people to trade with. An always expanding excellent collection of shows with whom I have made numerous large exchanges with. Lots of common musical tastes between us, so if you like my list, you'll probably like his more.

Stephen Reysen
I actually started trading with his brother a couple of years ago for some Estradasphere videos and have never actually traded with Stephen. I met him on the last tour and he has been promising me numerous trades ever since. He's the ultimate Estradasphere resource and I figure once he finally graduates, he'll be a good person to know.

Erach Deboo
Gave me my first Roots shows and an excellent Beastie Boys show from his extensive collection of hip-hop and various music legends.

Henning Scheck
A friendly German guy with a nice collection of jazz shows who was completely honest and kept me updated throughout the transaction. Very nice guy.

Lloyd N Peterson
A remarkable list of shows of which even he claims to have only had time to listen to a third. Because of this, he could not guarantee the quality of the shows, but he was very cooperative and replaced three of the discs without question.

Victor Chudowsky
Amazingly quick turn around and extremely understanding when I asked him to send first due to my recent screwings over. Also resent a disc which had a fair deal of skips without any question. An excellent trader all around.

Emily Thatcher
Excellent trader. Extremely quick turn around and even threw in a show of a band that she thought I'd like (and I did, and sent her a show in return which I thought she'd like). Would definitely trade with her again in the future.

Another excellent trade completed May 2002

Laurent Blandin
Good trader from France although quite interesting at times in our communications. It seems that the French-English dictionary creates some very interesting (and sometimes illegible) sentences. I can't say my French is any better. I didn't even try. I just communicated in my ethnocentric English and it caused much confusion. Overall, a good trade. My only complaint was in his quality ratings. Apparently A+ means something totally different in French.

Justin "Patton Trader"
Excellent trader from UK. Also pretty generous with the ratings, but I guess they are subjective. Excellent list overall and fairly quick turn around.

Mike Koivula
Excellent trader with lots of good bootlegs that I hadn't seen elsewhere. A bit picky on the brand of blanks, but extremely lenient with his slack off allowances for me to get off my ass and buy some new blanks. Unfortunately he has no webpage. Once he gets that, he'll be a force to be reckoned with. I've now traded with this guy twice and we definitely have the same tastes. We'll be trading for years to come even though he's going to kill my hotmail account with his huge trade list. PLEASE GET A WEBPAGE!!

Mike Woodworth
Great trader from Canada. Strong list considering its size although no webpage.

Ricky Thigpen
Good list of more mainstream rock stuff. I picked up some Ben Folds and Nirvana. The first batch he sent me were full of skips, but he quickly replaced them with clean copies. Good trade.

Boaz Raz
Very cooperative trader from Israel. He sent first and actually resent some of the discs in our trade several times internationally due to some glitches in the originals. I felt bad for him having to spend so much money on postage, but he didn't flinch.

Matt Butchko
After failing to convince me to send him my minidisc masters, he conceded to a 8 disc trade and sent first. I guess my minidisc transferring inefficiency really got to this guy. Oh well, they'll eventually all get transferred and I'm sure we'll trade again.

Mike Woodworth
Good clean trade. An up and comer!

CK "Synesthesia"
Small trade with few snags. Everything went cleanly.
